TV-Wall Design (Melbourne, Australia)
This TV wall was designed as a strong architectural feature for the living space. A large stone-effect finish, dark vertical panels and subtle integrated lighting were combined to create depth and contrast while keeping the overall design clean and balanced.
– THE PROBLEM : Client’s Brief
The client wanted the TV area to become a clear focal point rather than simply a wall for the screen. The design needed to feel modern and sophisticated while working naturally with the proportions and existing character of the room.
– THE PROCESS : From Idea to Design
We explored different material combinations and vertical compositions to give the wall a stronger sense of height. A stone-effect finish was selected as the main feature, complemented by darker panels and carefully positioned lighting to highlight the different layers.
– THE FINAL CONCEPT : Calm, Warm & Refined
The final concept features a large stone-effect centre panel framed by contrasting dark elements, integrated lighting and a minimal floating unit beneath the TV. The result is a bold but refined feature that gives the living space a more complete and distinctive identity.
